By now this is an established fact that for good skin & hair you have to have a balanced diet and since hair is a protein called keratin, you MUST have it in your diet. Include eggs, milk, cheese in your diet as well as bone broth which is an excellent source of Protein.

Massaging your scalp regularly will increase the oxygen flow which will promote hair growth & healthy hair. Every other day, give your scalp a deep massage, it will relax you thoroughly as well. Another thing is to look after your scalp hygiene, dead cells, oils, dirt & bacteria get accumulated on it which can prevent healthy growth of hair. Scalp scrubbing is quite important and should be a part of your routine.
3. Spray Apple Cider Vinegar
An extremely popular technique for bringing shine to hair and cleaning the scalp is spray ACV after shower in the roots of the hair as well as the length. The only drawback of this method is funky smell that ACV has but you can add few drops of an essential oil before spraying it.
