Manage stress

There are plenty of issues that you can face if you dont manage your stress level during the wedding prep days. Alot of skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis and acne are actually caused partially by stress.  Stress basically weakens the immunity system which causes the skin inflammation to get worse. Excess stress can also upset your sleep cycle that can make your skin look dull. Hence it is crucial that you manage your stress levels when you are preparing for your wedding. You need to chill out, join a gym or start yoga, mediate often and be in a zone where stress is not allowed!

Visit a dermatologist

Flawless skin is definitely a priority for most brides on their big day and why wouldnt it be. In order to have that flawless skin, you need to visit a dermatologist that will assess the condition of your skin and will be able to provide medication if need be so that your skin is all set for your big day. The dermatologist will be able to give you a plan that will enable you to tackle any unfortunate zit that might appear out of nowhere.

Get regular facials

If you are one of those lucky people whose skin doesnt act up that often then you should get regular facials in order to maintain your skin, keep it clean and ready for the bridal makeup. Visit a salon that is known for its facials and that is able to judge the kind of facial your skin needs. At the same time dotn go overboard with facials either that too can be harmful for the skin.

Exfoliate often and use a brightening serum

When dead skin cells accumulate on the skin, it makes the complexion dull. The solution is to regularly exfoliate your skin and follow it up with a brightening serum so that it gives you the glow from within on your wedding day. Start exfoliating atleast once a week and then increase it to twice per week if your skin is taking it well.
