Eat a balanced diet
Eating a balanced diet wont guarantee your dark spots to fade away but it will surely keep your skin healthy. A balanced diet is great for a healthy gut which ensures that certain conditions like acne, eczema stays away.
Use apple cider vinegar
Is there anything apple cider vinegar cant do? ACV helps in controlling oil production and acne AND it has been proven to lighten dark spots. Take a cotton ball and soak it in ACV, apply it on the dark spots and let it stay for few minutes, rinse with water.

Lemons have a natural bleaching agent ehich is why it helps to brighten & lighten the skin. It is best to dilute the lemon juice with water so that it doesnt irritate the skin as it contains citric acid & a chemical psoralen – which makes the skin sensitive. Combine equal parts of lemon juice and water and apply it on the dark spots. Let it dry then rinse with water.
Papaya just isnt yummy, it contains alpha hydroxy acid that are acids great at exfoliation. Mash some papaya and apply it all over oyur face, keep the mask on for 145 minutes and rinse. The mask will provide gentle exfoliation to the skin and will lighten it.
