THE TERMS AND SERVICES:
- These terms and conditions are our terms of use and service (the “Terms”) that governs our relationship with users and others who interact with or use any product or service of Beauty Hooked (Private) Limited (“Beauty Hooked”), which includes www.beautyhooked.com (the “Site”) (the “Services”).
- By using or accessing the Services, you agree to the Terms, as updated from time to time, and it constitutes knowing, acceptance and acknowledgement of the Terms, and binding and valid agreement between the user of the Services and Beauty Hooked.
- The user of the Services (the “User”) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of entering into such an agreement, and cannot be a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the Pakistan or other applicable jurisdiction. The use of Services must be in compliance of the Terms and all the applicable laws, rules and regulations. If you do not agree to the Terms or any of its revised version, you should not use the Services.
- Beauty Hooked may modify the Terms at any time, with or without notice, and the continued use of the Services after a change in the Terms, or after implementation of any other new policy of Beauty Hooked, shall constitute acceptance of such change or policy.
- Beauty Hooked reserves its right to record, save and otherwise destroy all calls, emails and other communications between the user and Beauty Hooked. Beauty Hooked expressly reserves all its rights and remedies under the applicable law in Pakistan, or any other jurisdiction.
WHAT WE DO:
- Beauty Hooked provides the Services to assist the User in securing the best beauty products from any third party beauty brand (s) (each as “Brand”) and provides online content and beauty information.
- The User may agree to receive sales confirmations by email, text message and phone call, after placing an order through Beauty Hooked.
POLICY:
Beauty Hooked is committed to provide superior and international quality Services to the User and Establishments. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of Service with the participating Establishments and patrons, User is required to cancel any order within 24 hours of order placement. The User may cancel the order online or by calling Beauty Hooked directly. Beauty Hooked may charge any amount it considers appropriate for such cancellation.
