Always Be Comfortable In Your Own Skin! Taking Inspiration from Hania Aamir

Every other girl in this world has insecurities regarding her body or skin, but WHY? Why do we feel this way? What makes us think like this? Do our families or the society makes us feel this way? All these question wander in every girls mind especially when it comes to embracing yourself and accepting the way you are. Being positive and knowing we are beautiful and powerful can change the perspective of the whole world. The moment we give up because of our society, we allow others to point at us and pass comments or judgments.

At beauty hooked, we believe the definition of beautiful does not require the words fair, glamorous or skinny. Society must know that no matter what you look like, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL, if you feel beautiful. Girls get judged for everything, but in all reality, they are perfect the way they are. Just because you are not the fairest or skinniest person alive, and your face has acne, that does not mean you are not beautiful. All those girls that wear makeup to make themselves look prettier. Your beauty comes from with in you.

Hania Amir has set an example by stepping out of her comfort zone and showed everyone what is it like to be an normal person with acne and scars. As she states, Nobody should feel the pressure of matching the ridiculous societal beauty standards. Have your own. Beauty is within and anybody who makes you feel small because of what you LOOK like shouldn’t be around you!
To all the brothers and sisters out there! Being a celebrity does not mean perfection; it only means we have chosen a profession that makes us and our lives public but certainly not that we do not go through issues in life; Every individual has their own. Perfection is not what we should be seeking, being comfortable in our own skin is the key.”
