1. Moisturise daily
Right after shower when your body is still damp, apply moisturizer generously all over your body. Damp skin will retain the moisture better and keep dryness away.
2. Dry Brushing
Every once in a while do dry brushing before taking shower, it will exfoliate your skin and reduce the chance of ingrown hairs thus making your skin super smooth.
3. Coconut oil
Switch your shaving cream with coconut oil and you will notice a HUGE difference in your skin. Coconut is natural so there are no harsh chemicals in it plus it will leave your skin super hydrated.
4. Moisturiser on the feet
Apply moisturizer or lotion on your feet and wear socks for an hour. The heat will let the lotion penetrate deep into your skin making them soft.
5. Sunscreen on the body
When applying sunscreen to your face, make sure to apply it to the rest of the body parts that are not covered. Sunscreen is not specific to only the face, our body is at much at risk as is the face.
